*Electronic reception of articles

- The initial review of an article for a check on its structure and content is done at the editorial board meeting by the editor-in-chief and the editorial board.

- If an article is structurally, materially and technically appropriate, it is sent to the reviewers.

-If there is no consensus in the initial review, the paper will be submitted to a specialist, so that it can be judged and decided on according to the expert opinion.

- If an article can be corrected according to the format, it will be returned to the author(s) for initial modification.

-If an article does not match the journal criteria for review or initial revision, it will be rejected.
