Delinquency is an undeniable fact of our day and age. A percentage of our junior youth may commit it for certain reasons. Premature sexual puberty is one of the reasons for the child or youth delinquency which can be prevented or provoked mainly by families. Propagating good child rearing methods within families, training the parents, using scientific sexual training methods, encouraging proper parental conducts at home, and creating religious atmosphere in families and society can all play significant roles in preventing delinquency.
