Abstract

Ferddowsi’s Shahnameh reflected the history and culture landscape of Iran and has been under consideration different tribes in Iran, one of the tribes , looked respect are Kurd people. Kurdish poets, parts of the Shahnameh epic works to translate or to recreate it according to their living environment, have written in Kurdish language. One of these works, verse of Zahak and Kaveh Ahangar Kakavand’s work – a poet of the twelve century and early thirteenth century AD – is a free translation of the Shahnameh, which can take into account. This article is part of a verse that did Kakavand – King Jamshid – compared with the Shahnameh, and then characteristics of this effect are discussed.
