Apart from its contents, a piece of poetry may be valued for its figures of speech. They are generally believed to be what distinguishes poetry from other types of communication. Farrokhi's figures of speech which distinctly featurize his poetry, their frequency, and his innovative method of using them join up to make a subject for this study.
